Spacious therapy rooms to support peer interaction: Having spacious clinical settings provides the opportunity to target client needs within the area of appropriate peer interactions.
Clinical team with numerous years of experience and specialized training: All GCAC staff members have received specialized training in ABA, and receive specialized formal continuing education training annually in the areas of skill acquisition/behavior reduction, professionalism/ethics, data collection and behavioral measurements.
Components of an ABA Program
All treatment plans are individualized to be meaningful to the client and their caregivers.
Staff will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure treatment fidelity and integrity.
Skill acquisition and problem behavior data are collected during each session, and are analyzed annually to assess treatment programming.
