Clinical team with numerous years of experience and specialized training: All GCAC staff members have received specialized training in ABA, and receive specialized formal continuing education training annually in the areas of skill acquisition/behavior reduction, professionalism/ethics, data collection and behavioral measurements.
Components of an ABA Program
Individualized Programming
All treatment plans are individualized to be meaningful to the client and their caregivers.
Supervision
Staff will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure treatment fidelity and integrity.
Data Collection
Skill acquisition and problem behavior data are collected during each session, and are analyzed annually to assess treatment programming.
